Background
Stubhub (an eBay Inc company) is the world's largest ticket marketplace. In 2015 it had over 16 million monthly unique visitors and nearly 10 million live events, with a revenue of over 2 Billion. StubHub acquired my startup in 2012 to improve their maps & events page.

My Role
I led the design and production of interactive maps, 3D views as well as the user experience design of the mobile web events page - considered to be one of the page with highest priority for ticket buyers.

Problem Statement
Stubhub, the largest secondary ticket marketplace in the world, needs to improve the seats selection and purchase experience for its 16+ million monthly users. The current website only includes static seat maps with a corresponding list of tickets. However, research shows that ticket buyers are eager to make better informed decisions when choosing their seats and purchasing tickets online. Improving the experience would improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion.
Goal
Re-design a completely new responsive mweb version experience for Stubhub's events page that enables users to make better informed and cost-efficient decisions while purchasing tickets to live events.
